Work: Back: 5 sets/ 6 reps

- dumbbell lat pull over

- neutral close grip lat pull down

- dumbbell row: 6R/ 6L

Work: Assistance: 5 sets/ 10 reps

- shrug of choice

- seated incline dumbbell curl

- mermaids: L/ R
