Kris is active in a wide variety of outdoor pursuits and has successfully competed at a high level in Nordic skiing and cycling at the local, state and national level. He enjoys applying his degree in biology and former teaching experience to help others achieve their goals in the sports of Nordic skiing and cycling and has nearly twenty years of experience in coaching Nordic skiers. Sharing his knowledge and technical expertise about__ how to train and participate in endurance sports in a relaxed and supportive environment is a key interest of Kris’.
