- double kettle hi pull: 20 reps

Work: "Body Building" Tuesday

Back: 3 sets on all

- wide grip lat pull down: 20 reps

- cable row: 15 reps

- dumbbell lat pull over: 10 reps

- shrug of choice (optional): 20 reps

Shoulders: 3 sets on all

- seated or standing dumbbell press: 20 reps

- lateral (side) dumbbell or cable raise: 15 reps

- dumbbell rear delt raise: 10 reps
