- kettle halo: 8R/ 8L

Work: Chest: Flat barbell press

- 5 sets/ 2 reps: 80 - 90% of max

Work: Chest: Incline dumbbell press: 

- 3 sets/ 15 reps: 50 % of max

Work: Triceps: 4 sets on all

- trx triceps press: 10 reps

- single arm cable push down: R/L: 15 reps
