Work: Assistance Tuesday

Lower: 4 sets/ 12 reps 

- quad: leg press (single leg): R/ L

- hamstring: ham curl (single leg): R/ L

Work:

- Upper: 3 sets/ 12 reps on all

- chest: incline dumbbell press/ trx fly

- back: cable row/ dumbbell lat pullover

- shoulders: incline dumbbell rear delt raise
