This is compound movement Monday. You choose everything: rep/ sets/ weight

- barbell or double kettle thruster: 40 reps

- barbell power clean: 50 reps

- bench press: 60 reps

- pull up: 70 reps


- Ab: Mermaids 50 R/ 50 L
