                   8:00 am - 9:00 am: Body Cross

Tuesday: 

                    5:30 am - 6:15 am: Daily Dose

                    9:00 am - 10:00 am: Body Sculpt

Wednesday:

                 5:30 am - 6:15 am: Daily Dose

                 8:00 am - 9:00 am: Body Cross

                 

 Thursday:

                  5:30 am - 6:15 am: Daily Dose

                  9:00 am - 10:00 am: Body Sculpt

Friday:   

                  5:30 am - 6:15 am: Daily Dose

                 

Saturday:  

                  9:00 am – 10:00 am: Body Sculpt

Daily Dose: A mix of free weights, kettle bell, body weight & cardio.  Different workout every day.  Every Monday check out our website for the weeks "daily strength workouts" by Kevin Mora.

Body Sculpt – This class will blast your whole body.  Using body weight & light dumbbells you will see & feel your body change. 60 minutes. Instructors – Holly & Heather

Body Cross – A combination of body weight exercises, weight training with some speed cardio intervals. Perfect for all fitness levels! 60 minutes. Instructor – Holly
