Daily Dose (ONLINE ONLY) – A mix of free weights, kettle bell, body weight & cardio.  Different workout every day.  Every Monday check out our website for the weeks "daily strength workouts" by Kevin Mora.

Cardio Interval – Pure Sweat!!! This class is 45 minutes of intensity. You want to increase your metabolism & break through barriers? Then this class is for YOU. Perform on any piece of cardio equipment. All levels, not run specific. Instructor – Holly

Spin Class – Come get your spin on! This class will keep your ski legs strong, while getting you ready for mountain bike or road season. Thursday: 45 minutes. Instructors – Holly

Kettle Bell – Using this system popularized by the Russians, this class is a mix of strength, muscular conditioning, & cardio. Kettle bell is a nice alternative or compliment to your current weight or cardio routine.  60 minutes.  Instructors – Holly

Body Sculpt – This class will blast your whole body.  Using body weight & light dumbbells you will see & feel your body change. 60 minutes. Instructors – Holly & Heather

Body Cross – A combination of body weight exercises, weight training with some speed cardio intervals. Perfect for all fitness levels! 60 minutes. Instructor – Holly & Cole
